RESPONSE TO THE LETTER USER BRATTYBEKKAH WROTE By user: cnewq5
Is Bekkah one of the dumbest people on the net or is she a compulsive liar?
1) "i called [the fbi] friday and had a nice lil chat about u" - No law enforment agency is gonna discuss a case like that; in particular, they would never discuss an individual person; above all, they would never discuss a complainant with someone who, potentially, is among the accused.
2) "i also called your local and my local courthouse told them your wannabe lawsuit and they laffed at me." - Again, judicial authorities would never discuss individual cases; they probably wouldn't even give opinions on hypothetical cases either, because if they gave bad advice, they could be open to litigation themselves. You would have to get that kind of advice from an idependent organization. And for advice on a particuar case, you would need to see a lawyer.
These lies are so transparent, only a real dumbass could expect anyone to believe them. So the answer to my question is: Bekkah is both dumb *and* a liar. She is a dumbass liar. Or if you prefer, a lying dumbass.
Is Bekkah ignorant or deceitful?
3) "have fun trying to sue anyone over te net as u cant prove who anyone is atany given moment" - for a start, the harassment has included both video (on YT) & audio (phonecalls). Has Bekkah never heard of forensic speaker recognition/identification? Google it. It's not an exact science & there are civil liberty issues (as with all law enforcement), but if I had left recorded threats on someone's voicemail *and* posted videos on a public website, I'd be worried.
Well, some of the haters have thought of this. Why else did they use a young woman's voice on the video reply to Margerie? So Bekkah is only playing dumb here. Her real intention is to fool us into thinking nothing can be done about 'virtual' harassment.
4) Bekkah's demeaning language - "no one cares about u no"/"i hope u receive the mental help you need" - is typical of haters & bullies. It attempts to put a person down so they accept oppression & injustice. This kind of speech is also employed by torturers. Maybe she should apply for the vacancy when that thug-cop Rivieri is finally fired.
So in addition to being a dumb liar, Bekkah is deceitful and a bully. Nice combination.
5) Finally: "stay on rever and meta leave myspace and utube alone" - ***Who the *hell* does she think she is, ordering people off public wbsites?*** The net belongs to us all - it's not the private domain of a few self-appointed, loud-mouths like Bekkah.
Margerie is right. Let them win in excluding one outspoken oppressed person, and none of us will be safe. Remember James Baldwin's words:
